Early life and music
Emmanuel.H.Agyo known by his stage name profit is a Nigerian singer, rapper, songwriter and performer. He is the first and only male child of Mr and Mrs Agyo from Benue State. He attended Wesley high school Otukpo. He was deeply influenced by hip hop music as he fell in love with music by the likes of Nas, 2face & Bob Marley. His style of music is a blend of rap and afro pop with a sweet melodic twist in his delivery. Profit's source of inspiration musically are the real life experiences and musical mentors. He was encouraged by his mum to pursue a career in music and as soon he was done with high school. He started to harness his talent and resources. This led to meeting Jay6ix, Runz, Kiral and Mr Coalz and together they formed a force to be reckoned with known as IMG, "icon music group". Together with his team he recorded a couple of songs such as focus ft Runz, life, Clarolina ft Runz & 2kloze, Oluwa ft 2kloze and also featured on matter of time ep by Runz on the track jjc. On 9th September 2015 he dropped one of the most anticipated single out of the middle belt titled "wetin u say" ft Runz produced by autoclave. Profit has been on several shows in the middle belt such as Mark d ball, hero beer gig, miss Idoma and the face of Idoma. He believes in God and the certainly of a better tomorrow which is basically the foundation and inspiration for the "hustle pays" ep in the work scheduled to drop late in 2017...
